Welcome to Tukulolo Grounds. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our booking services.
1. Booking and Reservations
Eligibility: To make a booking with Tukulolo Grounds, you must be at least 18 years of age.
Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.
Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all details provided during the booking process are accurate.
2. Payments
Payment Processing: We use ANZ eGate to securely process payments. By providing your payment details, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
Currency: All prices are listed in Tongan Paʻanga (TOP).
3. Check-In and Check-Out
Arrival/Departure: Our standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Please coordinate with us if you require early arrival or late departure.
Identification: Guests may be required to present valid government-issued identification upon arrival.
4. Guest Conduct and Property Care
Behavior: We strive to maintain a relaxing, peaceful environment. We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave the premises without a refund if they engage in illegal, disorderly, or offensive behavior.
Damages: Guests are responsible for the treehouse or campsite allocated to them. You are liable for any damage caused to our property, furnishings, or facilities during your stay. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for the cost of repairs or replacements resulting from such damage.
Smoking/Drugs: Tukulolo Grounds is a smoke-free and drug-free property. Violations may result in immediate eviction.
5. Liability and Disclaimers
Personal Property: Tukulolo Grounds is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal property left in our treehouses, campsites, or common areas.
Assumption of Risk: Our property is a nature-based resort. By staying with us, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with outdoor environments, including uneven terrain, wildlife, and weather conditions. You agree to assume all responsibility for your safety and the safety of any minors accompanying you.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tukulolo Grounds shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your stay.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Tukulolo Grounds website—including text, images, logos, and design—is the property of Tukulolo Grounds and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use this content without our express written permission.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Tonga. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tonga.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
